$100 minimum.  $150 an hour.

+18 with ID.

16-17 with a parent with matching IDs.

We will not perform hand, neck or face tattoos on minors.

Rules for piercing

+18 with ID. For all piercings.

16-17 with a parent with matching IDs. 

we do not perform surface, dermal, genital or nipple work on minors.

10-15 for lower ears only.

With parent and matching ID to child birth certificate. 

We require a state issued photo ID. You can also use a picture ID with a birth certificate.
